The Short Version

Use envv for legitimate purposes. Don't abuse the service. We'll do our best to keep it running. Pay for what you use.

Using envv

By using envv, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your private keys secure
• All activity under your account
• The content you encrypt and store

Acceptable Use

Don't use envv to:

• Store or transmit illegal content
• Violate others' rights
• Attempt to breach or test our security without permission
• Resell the service without our consent

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

Our Responsibilities

We will:

• Make reasonable efforts to keep the service available
• Keep your encrypted data secure
• Not access your decrypted secrets (we can't — that's the point)
• Give reasonable notice before major changes

Limitations

envv is provided "as is." We don't guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will meet every need. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we shut down the service entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days notice to export your data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. For major changes, we'll notify you via email.
